People First Recruitment (PFR) is an Indigenous Australian business founded by Sydney local and recruitment expert Joe Dalli, and Jason Hardy from the Ualarai nation of Western NSW, who have combined their over 20 years of industry expertise to bring PFR to life.

The People First name is derived from our focus of putting our people and the people we work with first. 

Both Jason and Joe have a shared ambition to contribute to the economic growth in Indigenous communities by providing ongoing employment opportunities and supporting programs that empower Indigenous communities.
